Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities during the graveyard shift. You will prioritize work orders, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, efficient operation in a battery manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and the ability to coordinate with Production while driving TPM and continuous improvement initiatives. A background in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting is essential.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; five years of maintenance experience; strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills; demonstrated leadership experience; strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Preferred: Associate degree or technical certification; prior maintenance supervisory experience; TPM, CMMS, Lean, PLC, automation, or robotics experience.
