Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of PLCs, lathe, mill, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with machine maintenance tech, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electronic and robotic systems.
• Strong supervisory skills with proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Solid knowledge of quality control principles and safety compliance in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Leading a team of maintenance technicians with guidance, training, and support.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electronic and robotic systems, coordinating with external service providers.
• Ensuring safety compliance and fostering a culture of safety and quality.
• Monitoring equipment performance and recommending improvements or upgrades.
• Participating in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
