You will oversee maintenance planning, compliance with USDA regulations, and coaching of staff, with a strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and KPI reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of maintenance leadership.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and training staff.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication; able to work across shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance; train staff on methods and safety.
• Plan and schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production; develop TPM, SOPs, and KPIs.
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations; maintain records and inventory.
• Provide crisis management and continuity planning; coach and develop team.
