Responsibilities

• Staff, train, supervise, evaluate and develop team members.
• Maintain equipment to ensure line efficiencies and reduce downtime.
• Oversee safety, PPE compliance and daily operations.
• Manage parts inventory and budget within OPEX.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance contracts.
