Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to repair and maintain assets within the production facility. You will identify, troubleshoot and repair issues in production equipment and processes.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, work orders, installations, inventory management, and ensuring safety and product quality. Night/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering preferred.
• 1-3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends or other irregular hours as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs
• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned
• Overhaul and install new equipment
• Rebuild and fabricate parts
• Manage parts inventory to ensure adequate inventory
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set‑ups
• Maintain clean and safe work area at all times
• Protect the integrity and quality of product at all times
