Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance department’s day-to-day operations and ensure timely response to emergencies. You will supervise technicians, assign tasks, and manage scheduled and unscheduled work to maintain asset reliability.

The role requires knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, electrical systems, and beverage equipment, with flexibility for weekend/holiday hours to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Possesses strong understanding of PLCs, hydraulics, electrical systems and beverage equipment operation/repair.
• Experience with managing maintenance projects and teams is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to support demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to ensure day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department.
• Schedule and assign tasks and work orders; manage emergencies and weekly planning.
• Implement continuous improvement to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with Risk Management and Quality teams on policies and safety initiatives.
