Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical bachelor's preferred, and 5+ years of hands-on maintenance in GMP settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on plant maintenance in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience supervising maintenance activities in production/manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret diagrams and technical specs for maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance and calibration activities.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of production and lab equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues with minimal supervision.
• Interpret diagrams to plan and perform maintenance tasks.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance technicians.
