Job summary

Manna Beverages is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Indianapolis. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians to maximize equipment uptime, ensure plant safety, and support production efficiency.

You will partner with Operations to drive preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. The role requires five years of manufacturing experience (two in food/beverage preferred), a GED or higher, and a related associate or bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance leadership within manufacturing.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Strong math and analytical skills with ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians to maximize uptime and safety.
• Plan labor and maintenance activities to support production schedules.
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance history.
• Coordinate with operations to drive preventive maintenance.
