Job summary

Masterson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to supervise union maintenance staff, plan and direct work, keep equipment running, ensure safety, and maximize plant uptime and product quality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred); 4+ years in manufacturing maintenance and 1+ year supervisory experience; knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, CAD, and CMMS is desirable; on-call availability and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BS in Mechanical Engineering or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules maintenance staff to meet production schedules and priorities.
• Provides supervisory support including training, coaching, and evaluating staff.
• Enforces safety guidelines, reports issues, and implements corrective actions.
• Conducts rounds of facility and equipment to monitor condition and performance.
• Identifies opportunities for equipment and process improvements to reduce costs.
• Manages parts storage and maintenance stores; on-call and rotating weekends.
