The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in manufacturing, strong knowledge across mechanical, refrigeration, electrical and building maintenance, and proven project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration, electrical and building maintenance.
• Highly organized with project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance operations for a commercial food manufacturing company consisting of hourly associates.
• Analyzes and solves technical maintenance issues.
• Utilizes the CMMS to analyze data, generate reports and implement actions to improve KPIs.
• Leads the achievement of a zero injury workplace by ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with regulations.
• Manages and develops plant maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensures associates have tools and resources to succeed and deliver on expectations.
