J&B Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team at the St. Michael location, with Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–12:30 AM shift.

You will coach staff, manage workloads, ensure GMP compliance, and partner with safety and quality teams to achieve production goals.

The role offers a strong benefits package, growth opportunities, and a base salary of $69,000 per year with pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to learn various computer systems quickly.
• Strong work ethic.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, feedback, recognition and performance evaluations; manage workloads and staffing; plan and assign work; disciplinaries as needed.
• Oversee quality and safety of product; monitor repairs to meet GMP and OHSA; conduct safety meetings and audits; ensure good manufacturing practices.
