The J&B Group in St. Michael, MN is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a fast‑paced environment.

You will coach and develop staff, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently. The role requires supervisory experience, an associate degree preferred, strong computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook, Word), and the ability to work evenings Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to learn computer systems quickly.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivates team through coaching, feedback, recognition and performance evaluations.
• Oversees safety and quality, ensuring GMP/OHSA compliance and adherence to GMP requirements.
• Plans, assigns and directs work; manages workload and staffing to meet production needs.
