Responsibilities include keeping Acousti‑Cap equipment in peak condition, disassembling/replacing components with hand tools, and ensuring accuracy with precision measuring devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Technical degree in the field is a plus.
• Experience reading blueprints and using precision tools.
• Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, analyze, and improve Acousti-Cap equipment and process.
• Disassemble and repair faulty components using hand tools.
• Measure dimensions with micrometers and Vernier calipers.
• Test units for defects and ensure specifications are met.
• Diagnose malfunctions by listening to operating machines.
• Perform basic pipefitting and layout tasks.
• Run prescribed preventive maintenance per PM schedules.
