Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in Lenoxville, PA seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair facility equipment including conveyors and PLC-controlled systems. The role focuses on safety, PM adherence, and accurate documentation.

You will troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, train junior technicians, and coordinate with vendors to complete DC projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2-year technical certificate in mechanical or electrical field.
• 3–5 years of welding, burning, and cutting experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes and PLC controls.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA safety requirements including LOTO and safe work practices.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment related to conveyors and facility systems.
• Follow PM standards and document work in asset management system.
• Report spare parts inventory levels and daily usage to leadership.
• Train junior technicians to elevate performance while troubleshooting assets.
• Collaborate with outside vendors to complete DC projects safely and timely.
• Take on other duties to support DC operations.
