Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers seeks a Journey-Level Maintenance Mechanic for our Woodland, CA Distribution Center. This full-time, on-site role involves maintaining all equipment, reading blueprints, and coordinating with teams to keep lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, hands-on tool use, and basic fabrication/hydraulic knowledge. Forklift operation certification is required or obtainable; weekend shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Must be able to work first/second shift and weekends.
• Safety-conscious with PPE.
• Must possess and use personal hand tools.
• Basic fabrication, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding knowledge.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, maintain, and overhaul equipment and machinery.
• Direct crews on label lines; keep equipment running and perform repairs.
• Identify issues by observing mechanical systems and testing equipment.
• Read sketches, prints, and operating instructions to proceed.
• Check materials, requisition parts, and maintain stock.
• Lay out from blueprints and assemble machinery components.
• Test and time machinery; weld stainless steel and other metals.
