Quietflex Manufacturing, a member of Daikin Industries Ltd., seeks a Maintenance Lead for the 3rd shift to supervise maintenance, perform preventive tasks, and coordinate repairs across the plant. You will guide a team, manage safety programs, and ensure equipment availability to support production goals.

Ideal candidates have extensive industrial maintenance experience, DC drive knowledge, and strong PLC/electrical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in electrical or mechanical field preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years in industrial maintenance.
• 5 years’ experience with DC drives, servos, solenoids, photo eyes, relays, limit switches, and motors.
• 7 years’ experience with Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate maintenance team to repair, maintain, and rebuild machines.
• Provide technical and problem-solving support for plant and maintenance crews.
• Drive safety culture and oversee safety programs (Hot Works, Fall Protection, Confined Space).
• Manage PM schedules and CMMS (Fiix) activities and work orders.
• Ensure production schedules are met and equipment operates per standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff and lead project teams.
