Job summary

Quietflex Manufacturing, part of Daikin Industries LTD, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to lead maintenance and production support for HVAC ductwork equipment. The role emphasizes electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, safety compliance, and coordination with contractors.

The ideal candidate has PLC experience and a strong background in preventative maintenance, with the ability to read schematics and work in a team to ensure production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Own maintenance tools, including 480 volt test equipment.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Must read/write English; basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with scheduling maintenance projects and coordinating with contractors.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical blueprints, and machine manuals.
• Ensure equipment safety compliance and test electrical systems and circuits.
• Use test devices (ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes) to ensure system safety and compatibility.
• Install and troubleshoot systems including 120–480 volts; install panels and transformers.
• Assist with new equipment installation and component procurement.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance and work order programs.
• Maintain routine maintenance and uphold safety protocols.
