Job summary

Quietflex Manufacturing, a Daikin Industries LTD. member, seeks a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance in a busy HVAC ductwork production facility. You will read electrical schematics, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure safety compliance across all systems.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial maintenance with PLC and 3‑phase experience; you will work with diverse electrical and mechanical equipment and collaborate with the shop team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with PLC systems, preferably Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Direct Logic.
• 2+ years of experience with DC drives, servos, solenoids, photo eyes, relays, limit switches, and electric motors.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with scheduling maintenance projects, work with contractors as needed, and maintain accurate and complete departmental records.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, construction drawings, machine manuals, electrical blueprints/electrical schematics.
• Ensure equipment adheres to all applicable safety requirements, tests electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring.
• Use test devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of systems.
• Install and troubleshoot all systems including single or 3 phase, 120 volts to 480 volts.
• Install conduit and conduit support, pull wires and feeder cables, terminations, and install panels, switchgear, and transformers.
• Perform established preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist with all aspects of new equipment installation.
