Job summary

Quietflex Manufacturing, a Daikin group company, seeks an Electrician for 3rd shift to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in a high-demand manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes adherence to codes, safety practices, and proactive equipment optimization to sustain production efficiency.

The successful candidate will work with electrical control systems, read blueprints, perform PM activities, and support new equipment installations in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair required.
• Must have own maintenance tools including 480 volt and 3 phase voltmeter.
• Able to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years of PLC system experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Direct Logic).
• 2+ years of experience with DC drives, servos, solenoids, relays, and motors.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with scheduling maintenance projects and maintaining records.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and manuals.
• Test electrical systems and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Install and troubleshoot systems including 120-480V, conduit, panels, switchgear, and transformers.
• Assist with new equipment installation and preventive maintenance programs.
