Job summary

Futaba Indiana of America Corporation is seeking a Team Leader for the maintenance group in Indiana. The role leads daily activities, coordinates repairs, and drives preventive maintenance to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently.

You will prioritize tasks, mentor technicians, and collaborate with operations leadership to meet production goals and reliability targets in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem solving and the ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Must have technical skills and willingness to learn around and use equipment.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance team activities to install and maintain production equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and perform adjustments.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and plant facilities maintenance to support productivity and equipment reliability.
