Peco Foods Inc. West Point plant is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient operation of processing equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience leading a maintenance team of five or more.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial processing equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and automated production equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Basic computer skills; CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the night shift maintenance team through coaching, training, performance management, and daily direction.
• Supervise a team of five or more maintenance employees, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders based on production needs and equipment criticality.
• Coordinate with Production, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Sanitation to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance schedules and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor system issues while providing technical guidance to maintenance technicians.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and maintenance practices.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, downtime reports, and labor documentation in the maintenance management system.
• Manage shift staffing, scheduling, attendance, and overtime while maintaining productivity.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians to improve technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
