Qualifications

• Executing and documenting preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs via a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with critical equipment such as pumps, air compressors, boilers, heat exchangers, and agitators.
• Supporting general facility upkeep including lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems, and structural maintenance.
• This role demands flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance needs, support continuous improvement efforts, and perform other duties as assigned.
