Litehouse Foods in Lowell, MA is seeking a Machine Tech I (Operator) to operate and set up production machinery for quality output. The role is on a night shift (11pm–7:30am) with starting pay $18.77/hr plus shift differentials of $1.50/hr on 2nd shift and $3/hr on 3rd/D/C shifts.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED (strongly preferred), mechanical aptitude, and willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Mechanically inclined; able to operate and adjust a production machine.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and lead key machinery for efficient output.
• Set up, operate and adjust machinery; perform changeovers and washes.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety policies.
