Job summary

Litehouse Inc. is seeking a Machine Tech I (Operator) in Lowell to operate and troubleshoot at least one production machine, ensure quality output, and perform preventive maintenance.

The role supports food safety standards and participates in housekeeping across the facility. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work overtime, with a path toward increased responsibility within a 100% employee-owned company renowned for community leadership

Qualifications

• Operate and lead key machinery, aiming for efficient output of quality products.
• Set up, operate and adjust machinery to specifications.
• Perform changeovers and washes that meet or exceed requirements.
• Must be able to pass a background check and work overtime as needed.
