Job summary

Litehouse Foods in Lowell is seeking a Machine Tech I (Operator) to operate at least one production machine and perform basic preventative maintenance. The role offers a 7am-3:30pm shift and a starting pay of $18.77 per hour.

You will set up, operate, and adjust machinery, perform changeovers, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Litehouse Foods is a 100% employee-owned company with strong community ties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Mechanically inclined preferred.
• Experience operating one production machine.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and lead key machinery for efficient output.
• Set up, operate, and adjust machinery.
• Perform changeovers and washes meeting specs.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Keep a clean work area and assist housekeeping.
