Pratt Industries, Inc. in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Machine Operator to run converting machines during the overnight shift (11:30 PM–7:30 AM, Sun–Thu). You will set up, operate, clean, and assist with process improvements while ensuring safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, can read a tape measure, follow factory instructions, and work well in a team. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and OT as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Read and follow instructions on factory masters.
• Previous experience in manufacturing environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set-up rails, print, and die cut sections on converting machines.
• Inspect dies before and after run and ensure repairs are made.
• Monitor box quality: liner, warp, size, and print.
• Operate machinery to maximize capacity and speed.
• Cross-train on other machines and assist team.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and follow company policies.
