Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a hands-on Packet/Operator assistant to support machine operators on the production floor. You will help maximize equipment utilization, monitor quality, and follow GMPs while keeping the area clean and safe.

The role requires basic math, tape-measure reading, and the ability to learn multiple machines. Overtime is common, with a potential shift premium starting Oct. 5th.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Attention to quality; prevent bad quality from leaving the facility.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist machine operators to maximize equipment utilization and efficiency.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in work area; follow GMPs and Pratt Industries policies.
• Assist with reporting: Production Data, Machine Status, Safety and Quality data.
