Job summary

Menasha Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator for overnight shifts in Wisconsin. You will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to keep processes safe, efficient, and producing high quality goods.

Ideal candidates bring prior manufacturing and machine operation experience and strong mechanical problem-solving skills. You will perform setups, adjustments, and changeovers, maintain product quality, read production orders, and coordinate with the team to minimize

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience.
• Experience operating Flexo Folder Gluers, Rotary Presses, Corrugators, or similar equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor assigned production equipment.
• Perform machine adjustments and changeovers as needed.
• Monitor product quality throughout production runs.
• Read and follow production orders and job specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment or production issues.
• Minimize downtime and maintain efficient machine operation.
• Coordinate with Machine Assistants and other production team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Communicate equipment, quality, or material concerns promptly.
