TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Machine Operator for our Northlake, TX facility. The role operates packaging lines, monitors for malfunctions, performs adjustments, and ensures quality compliance with order-specific specs.

You will document quality checks, label accuracy, and maintain process integrity in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time on the night shift (2-2-3, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM) with a $1.00 night differential.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of machine operator experience required.
• Knowledge of tools, machines and safety precautions in industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Ability to use knowledge, creativity and initiative to improve efficiency or safety.

Responsabilidades

• Observe machine operation and adjust for optimal run.
• Perform adjustments or repairs (valves, formers, sealing jaw knives, guides, temperature controls, gas fill ratios).
• Inspect and record quality checks in database and align output with specs.
• Ensure labeling and data accuracy, follow work orders, and packaging processes.
• Lubricate, sanitize, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on packaging line.
• Follow coffee blending matrix and transport processes per company protocol.
