Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare extrusion machinery for operation by loading raw materials and adjusting equipment settings based on product specifications.
• Operate extrusion machines to produce plastic according to established standards and guidelines.
• Monitor the extrusion process, making real-time adjustments to maintain product quality and output efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime and maintain production.
• Maintain accurate production records, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and safe working practices.
