You will work 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 12-hour shifts, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently, loading materials, monitoring quality, and assisting with changeovers and setup. Previous manufacturing or machine-operation experience is preferred, and the role emphasizes reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of Flexo Folder Gluer or Die Cut machines.
• Load and prepare materials for production.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Remove, stack, bundle, and organize finished product.
• Assist with machine changeovers and job setups.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
• Identify and communicate quality or equipment concerns.
• Follow production specifications, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work with teammates to meet production goals.
• Perform other production duties as needed.
