Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves preparing products for shipment, including cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating and stacking to meet product guidelines and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Shift schedule may impact work pattern and requires night shift adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for shipment according to product guidelines and customer requirements.
• Clean, trim and assemble components using hand tools and perform fit, form and function as required.
• Maintain a continuous repeat cycle of production/packaging to avoid buildup of parts at the workstation.
• Ensure quality of the finished product to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train other employees and new hires and assist other departments as needed.
• Promote and sustain CI, 5S and STW activities.
