Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator to set up machines, read layouts, and maintain equipment on the 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm shift.

You will monitor safety, quality, and productivity, perform data entry in SAP, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.

High school diploma is preferred; experience in manufacturing is a plus; overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Safety policies must be followed at all times.
• Ability to read layouts and measure as part of setup.
• Manufacturing environment with rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and follow policies.
• Set up machines and read layouts/specs for production.
• Maintain machine efficiency and quality during operation.
• Complete quality inspections and related paperwork.
• Enter data in SAP and manage job reporting.
• Work with peers to improve quality and performance.
• Support housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
• Cross train on light industrial equipment and follow GMP.
