Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Findlay, Ohio is hiring a Machine Operator for the Night Shift (5:54 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., 2/2/3 schedule, every other weekend). Weekly pay starts at $24.20 per hour with an additional $0.75 night shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and hand/power tools preferred.
• Ability to interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Make adjustments or minor repairs to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line.
• Troubleshoot on the line and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain safety, health, quality and GMP compliance.
• Complete required documentation and communicate production information across shifts.
• Assist in training new Operators and support maintenance when needed.
