Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Packaging Specialist based in Findlay, Ohio for the Night Shift (5:54 p.m. - 6:00 a.m., 2/2/3 schedule, every other weekend).

Weekly pay starts at $20.60 per hour with an extra $0.75 shift differential for night shifts and benefits starting day one, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. Responsibilities include housekeeping of the production area, case making, inspecting, and packing finished product per procedures, and ensuring quality and

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Regular attendance and punctuality required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping of the production area and pack finished product.
• Inspect finished product for defects before packing.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Operate case forming equipment and assist on the line.
• Assist in training regular and temporary workforce.
• Complete written documentation as required.
