Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I Trainee for the Night Shift in Morristown, TN. The role covers setting up and operating automatic packaging equipment for wet wipes, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The position is full-time and on-site, with a 7:00pm–7:00am schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in manufacturing, with strong attention to detail, documentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Excellent attention to detail in daily work and extensive documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment for maximum performance.
• Follow cGMP procedures to ensure safe, quality product in an FDA-regulated facility.
• Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.
• Perform daily quality checks and accurately complete required documentation.
