Job summary

Rockline Industries in Morristown, TN is seeking a Machine Operator I Trainee to support the safe and efficient production of wet wipes. You will set up and operate automatic packaging equipment, monitor quality, and document results in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Experience with computer usage in a manufacturing setting is desired.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain packaging equipment.
• Ensure safe, quality production in an FDA-regulated facility with cGMP adherence.
• Document quality checks and results; use JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, DSI scans.
• Demonstrate RRITE values and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Willingness to perform other related tasks as needed; safety-sensitive role.
