Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience using computers in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Support production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain equipment for peak performance.
• Ensure safe, quality production in an FDA-regulated facility and follow cGMP.
• Use JD Edwards, FactoryTalk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to produce to specifications.
• Perform daily quality checks, sampling, and documentation.

Position Summary

The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes.

Essential Accountabilities

• Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency.
• Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility. Follow cGMP procedures.
• Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.
• Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation.
• Demonstrate commitment to Rockline/Iatric's RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.

Qualification Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Ability to stand during 12 hour shifts with regular breaks.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 37 pounds.
• Repetitive arm/hand movement.
• Frequent bending, twisting and reaching.

Work Environment

• 100% of work will be performed indoors
• Although the facility is climate-controlled, the temperature will fluctuate slightly with changes in the seasons.
• Hearing protection may be required in designated areas of the facility
