Rockline/Iatric is seeking a Machine Operator I Trainee for the night shift (7:00pm–7:00am on a 2-2-3 rotation) at the Morristown, TN facility. You will set up, validate and operate automatic packaging equipment for wet wipes, ensuring safe and efficient production.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience, with hands-on use of JD Edwards, Factory Talk and other systems. This entry position offers pay-for-skill growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with computers in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair and maintain packaging equipment for efficiency.
• Follow cGMP in FDA-regulated facility and ensure product quality.
• Perform daily quality checks and document results accurately.
