Rockline Industries in Morristown, TN seeks a Machine Operator I Trainee for the night shift (7:00pm–7:00am, 2-2-3 rotation) to safely set up and run automatic packaging equipment for wet wipes. Training progresses toward full operator responsibilities within a FDA-regulated facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience using computers in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Support production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain equipment for peak performance.
• Ensure safe, quality production in an FDA-regulated facility and follow cGMP.
• Use JD Edwards, FactoryTalk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to produce to specifications.
• Perform daily quality checks, sampling, and documentation.
