Job summary

Rockline Industries in Morristown is seeking a Machine Operator I Trainee for night shifts to support safe, efficient production of wet wipes. The role includes setup, operation, and quality checks in an FDA-regulated environment with training opportunities and pay-for-skill progression.

Compensation starts at $19.50/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential, with full benefits, 401k match, holidays, vacation, and education/fitness reimbursement. This is a non-exempt, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with computer usage in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Ensure safe, efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility; follow cGMP procedures.
• Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.
• Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation.
