Job summary

Conagra Brands, Inc. is seeking a plant operator at our Indianapolis facility to run production equipment and support quality, safety, and packaging performance.

The role is onsite on West 62nd Street with a rotating night shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) and opportunities for Sunday work based on production needs. You will report to the Reddi-wip Team Lead and work to meet customer demand across the country, ensuring safe operation and adherence to manufacturing and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of machine operator experience.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work rotating night shift 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (three weeks Mon–Wed, then three weeks Thu–Sat). Possible Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment in a safe manner to meet performance targets.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Complete quality checks per procedures.
• Participate in sanitation processes using specified chemicals.
• Communicate with Team Lead and Maintenance to address issues quickly.
• Follow Safe Quality Food and GMP requirements.
• Complete other tasks or projects as assigned.
