Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator to run manual and automated equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will set up production machinery, perform preventive maintenance, monitor performance, and ensure quality output for customers.

Responsibilities include observing sensors and equipment, meeting daily schedules, and maintaining a safe work area. Requires 3+ years’ trades experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 65 lbs. Teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in trades or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety principles (e.g., lock-out/tag-out).
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work standing for long periods.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment operation and detect malfunctions.
• Operate machinery to meet quality, cost and schedule requirements.
• Notify management of production, safety, quality or environmental concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance: lubrication, fueling and cleaning.
• Complete daily production forms accurately.
