Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Machine Operator to operate manual and automated machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, set up production equipment, and ensure high-quality output for customers.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. Schedule is 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team to meet daily schedules.

Responsibilities

• Observe equipment operation for malfunctions and quality
• Operate machinery to meet quality, cost and schedule targets
• Notify management of production, safety, quality, or environmental concerns
• Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, fueling, cleaning
• Complete daily production forms accurately
• Assist in end-of-shift cleanup and organization
