Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator for the West Jordan, UT area. This night shift position runs 7:00pm–7:00am on a 2/2/3 schedule, with weekly pay starting at $24.20 per hour and immediate benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

The role involves operating multiple blow molding machines, performing adjustments and basic repairs to ensure safe, efficient production of containers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line.
• Make on-time quality checks against established standards.
• Assist maintenance and other Operators as needed.
• Complete required documentation in an orderly manner.
• Communicate processing information to designated personnel on the shift.
