Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator I for the West Hazleton, PA area. The role offers a DAY SHIFT (12 hours) from 6:30am to 7:00pm, requiring 3–5 years in manufacturing extrusion and the ability to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently.

The Operator will handle multiple blow molding machines, perform mold and color changes, monitor processing conditions, and participate in continuous quality improvements while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment safely.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line.
• Monitor resin, dryer, material handling and color systems for proper processing.
• Make frequent on-time quality checks against established standards.
• Assist maintenance and other operators as needed.
