Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is looking for a Machine Operator based in Tolleson, AZ. This Day Shift role operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm on a 3/2/3 schedule and pays $20.60/hr to $24.00/hr.

You will operate plastic blow molding machines and related equipment, perform mold and color changes, and ensure safe, high‑quality production through proactive adjustments and routine maintenance. The role requires strong attention to safety, quality standards and documentation, with opportunities to contribute

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
• Perform mold changes and color changes on the line.
• Perform basic processing adjustments to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and proper documentation.
• Communicate with Shift Supervisor to coordinate line support.
• Assist in training new Operators.
• Limited travel may be required.
