Job summary

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. in Clintonville, WI is hiring full-time Machine Operator Assistants to support our napkin production team. This night-shift role runs 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, offering $21.00/hour plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus distributed across milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in producing printed napkins.
• Load materials and prepare packaging supplies.
• Check product quality and accuracy (UPC codes, labels, etc.).
• Clear jams and clean machines as needed.
• Assist with cleaning printing decks and changing rolls.
• Follow all safety and food safety procedures (GMP/SQF).
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Report issues to operators or maintenance.
• Participate in training and equipment care.
