Job summary

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is seeking full-time Machine Operators to support our Clintonville, WI production team. The role features a 2-2-3 rotating day shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a pay range of $20.09–$22.00 per hour based on experience.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits beginning Day One, along with paid training and opportunities for advancement in a stable manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products.
• Load raw materials, rolls, plates, inks, and other production supplies.
• Configure machines to meet product specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs.
• Perform quality inspections and verify labels, UPC codes, and packaging accuracy.
• Make routine machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Report mechanical issues and equipment concerns to maintenance personnel.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
