Job summary

Hoffmaster in Clintonville, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift to maintain, repair, and upgrade production equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and support continuous manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Combination of maintenance experience, technical aptitude, and certifications.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with fabrication, welding, machining, and equipment repairs.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems.
• Perform product and machine changeovers on manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules.
• Install, modify, rebuild, and upgrade production equipment and facility systems.
• Lead or participate in maintenance projects from planning through completion.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and maintenance software to document repairs, labor, and parts usage.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order documentation.
